Requests and care
PawBond provides boutique pet care in Los Angeles. Submitting a request does not reserve dates or confirm a booking. New guests require evaluation, and all requests require PawBond approval. Provide accurate contact and pet care information and tell us about changes that affect safe care.
Estimates and payment
Displayed estimates are preliminary. PawBond reviews dates, care needs and any extras before confirming the amount. Payment is arranged separately by the selected method; no payment is collected by this request form. Review our boarding, cancellation and early-pickup policies before confirming a stay.
PawBond text messages
By checking the optional booking-text choice, you consent to PawBond messages about requests, evaluations, estimates, invoices and care coordination. Marketing messages, such as offers or announcements, require the separate marketing choice. Consent to either program is not required to purchase services. Your choices are recorded with your request; automated website notifications are not currently enabled.

Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Uploads and privacy
Only upload records and photos you are authorized to share for your pet’s care. Do not upload unrelated sensitive information. Request details and uploads are reviewed privately by PawBond. Public photo use requires separate permission.
